LDS had the privilege of serving as a speaker to provide training to the employees of PT Semen Indonesia (Perseo), Tbk and its subsidiaries, who are involved in the construction contract for the Talavera Project in Tuban, specifically focusing on the development of the Jetty and Cement Silo. This training aimed to equip the participants with a comprehensive understanding of the FIDIC Yellow Book, a standard contract widely used in international construction projects. From the initial stages of tender document preparation, LDS has been actively engaged, ensuring that all aspects of the contract are meticulously addressed to mitigate risks and promote clarity in contractual obligations.
